FAQ - SkyFish Redemption

Elko’s arcade, jukebox, pool table, & ATM operator

  • SkyFish Redemption is a Nevada-based operator of arcades, redemption games, jukeboxes, pool tables, and ATMs, serving bars, restaurants, casinos, and entertainment venues.

We provide, install, maintain, and rotate high-performing equipment under a revenue share model. We handle service, collections, performance tracking, and equipment upgrades so business owners can generate additional revenue without operational burden.

  • We place and service:

    • Arcade games

    • Redemption and skill games

    • Pool tables

    • Digital jukeboxes

    • ATMs

Jukeboxes are still one of the highest-performing entertainment assets in bars when properly placed and promoted. We evaluate each location to determine the right equipment mix based on customer demographics and traffic flow.

  • SkyFish Redemption operates on a revenue split model.

    We:

    • Provide the equipment

    • Install it

    • Maintain and repair it

    • Handle collections

    • Track performance

The location provides floor space and customer access. Revenue is split under a written agreement tailored to the location.

No upfront equipment purchase is required.

  • Maintenance and repair costs are covered under normal operating conditions. Damage due to negligence, misuse, environmental conditions within the location’s control, or non-standard service requests (such as frequent pool table refelting) may result in additional charges as outlined in the placement agreement.

  • SkyFish Redemption owns all placed equipment.

Locations do not assume depreciation risk, regular repair costs, or capital investment responsibilities.

  • SkyFish Redemption is a third-generation, family-owned Nevada operation originally known as Tip Top Amusements and later Stick With Us Amusements.

Today, the business operates as SkyFish Redemption, a refreshed name built for the next generation and named for our daughters.

We are a two-person ownership operation. There is no corporate call center or remote management structure. When you call, you speak directly to ownership.

    This allows for:

    • Faster service response

    • Direct accountability

    • Equipment rotation based on real performance data

    • Long-term relationship focus

If your current machines are outdated, poorly maintained, or underperforming, we can evaluate your location and determine whether optimized placement could increase revenue.

Many businesses are unaware of how much income is lost due to outdated equipment or poor operator support.

We use clear written agreements that outline revenue splits, service standards, responsibilities, and terms. Our agreements are structured to protect both parties and eliminate ambiguity.

If we miss your call, we return it quickly. Always.

  • SkyFish is named for our daughters.

One has always been drawn to the water. The other’s name means “birdlike.”

SkyFish is a name that represents the next generation, and the reason we’re building this business with long-term intention. It reflects both where we’ve been and who we’re building it for.

The company started as Tip Top Amusements, transitioned to Stick With Us Amusements, and now continues forward as SkyFish Redemption.

So if we can operate equipment at the bottom of the world, we can definitely keep your jukebox running in Nevada.
